Shipping policy

At Mania Hair Collection, we prioritise a seamless and timely delivery experience to ensure your hair extensions and wigs reach you with care and efficiency.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Your Bundles/Lace/Wigs are ordered from our supplier and received for quality control within 3-5 days. We make every effort to ship your order swiftly to get your extensions to you as soon as possible.

Once quality control has been completed, your order is packaged with care and love and shipped to you within 3-5 working days. For international orders shipping will be 5-7 working days. In total, please expect to receive your order from time of purchase in 7-14 working days!

Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.

International Shipping:

For our international customers, we extend our premium services globally. Please refer to the shipping options at checkout for estimated delivery times and costs based on your location. Please note we are NOT liable for any customs and duties charged by the issuing Government.
