Returns:
Due to the hygiene reasons and the inherent nature of our products, we are unable to accept any refunds. Kindly ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, as once the item has been bought and delivered, we are unable to accept returns due to changes of mind. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Exchange Policy:
If you received the wrong order or defective item, contact us immediately for assistance.
Exchanges are processed for the same product or an item of equal value if any error is caused due to our mistake.

Exceptions:
Clearance items and sale products are non-refundable.
If you received your hair and there are any issues with the quality, proof will need to be provided and sent to us alongside a full description of what the issues are.
